The Housesitter
What will a viscous drug baron do to recover a priceless relic that holds the key to the mysteries of the world? Whatever is takes. The first installment of the Demons Cross Saga is filled with enough blood and gore to please any horror fan. Thomas Ascenzi’s directoral debut features awesome performances from Paul Tafoya and Pablo Bonelli.
A Fist Full of Crime
This fun and fast comedy began as a 48 Hour Film Festival project but ended up being so much more. Director Juan Pabon shows off the capabilities of the lightweight, filmmaker-friendly Panasonic AF-100 camera. One of the most fun pics we have produced and you bet we didn’t sleep for 2 days straight! We are applying to festivals so we can’t show it to you, but a trailer is coming soon…
Desolution
Reclusive Stanley hasn’t gotten over the death of his wife. Now that two years have passed, his brother-in-law Darren calls to tell him the time has come to move on. This beautiful, emotion stirring short film was directed by Humungoid co-founder Pablo Bonelli. Desolution website.
Cupcake Wars
The wild and wacky girls of Bubble & Shakes Cupcakes asked us to create a sizzle reel audition video for Cupcake Wars on Food Network. And yes…they paid us in cupcakes. It was worth it.
On The Grind
Three friends seek fame and fortune in this reality TV version of Entourage. Rapper Mekka Don approached us to create this sizzle reel after we produced his YouTube web series, “The Legal Hustler.” We followed him and his business partner Viswant Korrapati as they traveled to L.A. to hang with NFL running back Derrick Ward and hustle to make connections. And we ate a lot of In-N-Out burgers. A lot a lot. On The Grind website.
